Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer an easy and complimentary return/exchange policy under the following conditions:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, innerwear, customized items, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return/exchange (please check product details before purchase).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned product passes quality check.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
